You can browse this site without giving up anything. If you place a pre-order, we collect what we need to fill it and contact you — nothing more. No ad networks, no profiles, nothing sold.

- Pre-orders collect only your name, email address, the items you picked, and any shipping notes you choose to write.
- Nothing is sold or rented. Order details are not shared with anyone except the services that deliver the site and ship the stickers.
01 Browsing the site
Like any website, this one processes technical information in order to serve pages: the file requested, the date and time, the response status, the referring page, your IP address and the browser/user-agent string you sent. These ordinary server logs are used to run the site, diagnose faults and spot abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not joined to anything else.
Aggregate numbers — like how many times the site was visited, or how many pre-orders came in — may be kept as statistics. Those numbers do not identify anyone.
02 When you place a pre-order
The pre-order form asks for:
- Your name — so we know who the reservation belongs to.
- Your email address — the only way we contact you about the order.
- The items and quantities you selected, and the calculated total.
- Anything in the optional shipping notes box. That box is for delivery instructions; please don't put anything sensitive in it.
Alongside the order we record the time it was submitted, an order reference, your IP address and browser string, kept for fraud prevention and to resolve disputes about orders.
No payment details are collected on this site. No card numbers, bank details or payment credentials are ever asked for, stored or processed here. If payment is arranged later, it happens through a separate payment provider on that provider's own system — we do not see your card details.
You will need to give a postal address at the point we confirm an order so the stickers can actually be shipped. Until then, none is collected.
03 Security checks
To keep the pre-order form from being flooded with automated junk, submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you complete that check, your browser sends a token, and Cloudflare processes signals including your IP address and browser information to decide whether you look human. That assessment happens on Cloudflare's systems under Cloudflare's privacy policy; we receive only a pass or fail and the token, never a profile of you.
Order submissions are also rate-limited by IP address, so that one source cannot bury a real customer's reservation.
05 Third parties that see your request
This site is not a sealed box, and it is worth being straight about the services involved:
- Cloudflare delivers the site and provides the security check. It terminates the encrypted connection and so processes request metadata — IP address, requested URL, headers — under its own privacy policy.
- Our own server then holds the page files and the pre-order records, on a machine we administer.
- Page assets are loaded from third-party hosts: the styling framework and icon library are loaded from public code CDNs, the typefaces from Google Fonts, and sticker artwork from an image CDN. Those hosts necessarily see the IP address of the browser requesting the file. They are not given your name, email or order details.
- Server-join links point at a third-party game launcher/browser, which applies its own privacy policy once you follow one.
There are no embedded advertising networks, social-media tracking widgets, comment plugins or session-recording scripts on this site.
06 How long data is kept
- Server logs are rotated and expire automatically, and are retained for a maximum of about 45 days.
- Pre-order records are kept while the order is open, and afterwards for as long as needed to handle a replacement, a refund or a shipping dispute. If you ask us to delete an order record after it is settled, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
- Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter at hand.
08 Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, or to ask for a copy. Because this site holds so little, most requests come down to deleting an order record or an email thread.
To make a request, contact us through the route below and be specific about what you want confirmed or removed. Requests are handled by a human, in good faith, and normally within a few days. If you believe your data has been mishandled you are also entitled to complain to your local data-protection authority.
You can cancel a pre-order and ask for your details to be removed at any time before the order is confirmed and dispatched.
09 Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are under 18, please only place an order with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal details, contact us and we will delete them.
10 Changes to this policy
If what happens to your data changes — for example if an analytics service or a payment provider were added — this page is updated first, with a new date at the top, before that change takes effect. The current version always lives at this URL.
Using this site is also subject to the Terms of Service.
