01 Acceptance of these terms

This website at crusemob.com (the "site") is operated by CruseMob Motorsports ("CruseMob", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site, placing a pre-order, or playing on a game server we operate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the servers.

02 What this site is

CruseMob is a small motorsports brand with two halves: a sticker collection designed around VR racing rigs, cockpits and the real-world Tail of the Dragon, and a set of Assetto Corsa servers we run for anyone who wants to drive the same roads virtually.

The site exists to show the stickers and let you reserve a set, and to hand out the join details for the servers. Nothing more elaborate than that.

03 Using the site

You are welcome to read, link to and crawl this site — search engines and indexers are explicitly welcome. In return, please:

• Don't attack or probe the infrastructure. No flooding, no hammering the pre-order endpoint, no attempts to bypass its access controls or security checks.
• Don't submit orders you don't intend to follow through on, and don't submit other people's details.
• Don't use the site to break the law, or to build something that could hurt someone.

Automated access at a reasonable rate is fine. Anything that degrades the site for other people is not.

04 Pre-orders and reservations

• Prices shown are for the stickers themselves and do not include shipping or any local taxes, which are confirmed with you before payment.
• An order is only confirmed once we have contacted you and payment has been agreed. Until then, either side can walk away — you can cancel a reservation at any time before it is paid for and dispatched.
• Pre-order items are produced in a limited run. If demand exceeds what we can produce, reservations are filled in the order they were received, and we will tell you if we cannot fulfil yours.
• Quoted timings are estimates. Small-batch print runs and shipping delays happen; we will keep you posted by email rather than leave you guessing.

05 Stickers and products

CruseMob stickers are premium vinyl, printed in a small run, and represented on this site by product artwork and mock-ups. Please allow for normal variation:

• Colour can differ slightly between a screen and a printed sticker, and between print batches. Foil, holographic and clear media in particular catch light in ways a screen cannot show.
• Stickers are weatherproof and intended for outdoor use on vehicles, rigs and cases. They are not a protective coating and are not rated to shield anything underneath them.
• Apply them yourself at your own risk. Surface preparation, temperature and how a sticker is removed are all outside our control, and we are not responsible for damage to paint, glass, panels or equipment from application or removal.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with a photo and the order reference and we will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice. That is the extent of our promise on the physical product; there is no other warranty and no liability for the surfaces you put a sticker on.

You are responsible for making sure anything you order is legal and appropriate where you live.

06 Assetto Corsa servers

We run several Assetto Corsa servers for the community, out of pocket. They are a hobby, not a paid service:

• Uptime is not guaranteed. Servers may restart, change content, move, or be retired without notice.
• Play fair. No cheating, exploiting, griefing, ramming on purpose, or deliberately ruining sessions for other drivers. Access can be revoked at any time, for any reason.
• Some servers require specific content or downloads. You are responsible for your own game, client, mods, hardware and any platform account.
• Sessions are not private. Do not share personal information in-game that you would not want other drivers to see.
• Any third-party tool used to join a server (for example a launcher or server browser) is governed by its own terms, not ours.

07 Brand and content

The CruseMob name, crest, sticker artwork, photographs, page copy and the design of this site belong to CruseMob Motorsports. All rights are reserved.

You may post photographs of the stickers on your own car, rig or helmet and tag us — that is what they are for. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute the artwork itself, crop it into your own products, or present the brand as your own.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will look at it promptly and remove material where that is warranted.

08 Third-party links and services

The site links to and loads services we do not control — including Cloudflare (security and delivery), and the launcher used in the "join server" links. Those services apply their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.

Where a payment or a shipping arrangement is made, it is made with whichever provider handles it, under that provider's terms. Disputes about a payment go through that provider.

09 No warranty

Except for the damaged-or-wrong replacement promise in section 05, the site, the products and the servers are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a product will match your screen exactly, or that a server will be reachable when you want to drive.

10 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruseMob Motorsports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, property, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site, a product, or a server we operate — even if we have been told such damage is possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

11 Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the brand and the site change. The current version is always published at this URL with the date at the top, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at CruseMob Motorsports' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
